The 4th NC Turkish Festival attracted thousands

It was a sunny April day, where so many people were gathering together at NC State Fairgrounds to enjoy North Carolina Turkish Festival, a celebration of Turkish Cuisine and Culture.

Festival guests had a chance to taste a wide variety of Turkish dishes from world famous Doner kebab to a rich menu of traditional Turkish desserts, the oldest form of coffee drinking to Turkish style tea brewed in a unique way.

Watching Turkish Crepe, Gozleme, prepared in location and smelling the touch of the dough to the thin plate was a visual treat on top of the great taste.
