As a part of educational activities of Divan, our Weekend School program has been initiated by our volunteers since October, 2007.
Currently with two grades, The Weekend School offers classes for Turkish and American students including Turkish, History, Geography, Ethics etc. Upon request, we also tutor students for some courses like mathematics, physics, English, etc.
The Weekend School currently has two grades, one for students between age of 6 to 8 and the other one for students between age of 8 to 12.
Besides these classes we have some social activities during breaks and after lunch including pin ball, ping pong, various contests, computer games, video presentations…
